Playlist sorting

Just a small point, please. It would be good to be able to sort a playlist by Title/Artist, to mirror the existing option of sorting by Artist/Title. At present, you can sort by Title, but where there are several versions of the same title by different artists, those versions don't appear in alphabetical order of artist. I have all my tags in good order, thanks to The GodFather, so poor tagging can't be the reason. Any thoughts, please? Many thanks.

I would improve this request a little... it would be cool if the user could make custom presets according to tags (much like in the way we can customize how the song title is displayed in the taskbar). That way ppl could have whatever sort of display mode they could think of.

I've said that many times. It would eliminate all these various sorting requests.

They're saying there could be a custom preset in the Sort Menu. If you go to preferences > tray icon, you will see a bunch of formatting stuff like %A and crap. You could make custom sorting presets based on this system.
