Xmplay, best free module player

Yesterday evening i was going though my old collection of some cd-roms when i stumbled upon some cds filled with my old favourite amiga modules (*.xm, *.it, *.s3m, etc). Then i remembered people praising xmplay for its fine audio quality so i gave it another try. I am amazed to see how much has changed since version 2. I can't say this of modplug player (it's still v1.46 ha ha ). Xmplay plays modules flawlessly, simply amazing. It has two surround sound modes, skin support, and shows the sample, message, and general information in an easily accessible window. It can encode using LAME mp3 and the best part; i can set global hotkeys :). Im off to www.modarchive.com and www.modplug.com to get some new tracker modules :cheerful:

Yup XMplay is great. I use it in preference to QCD as QCD seems to freeze if you even breathe near the computer.
