I'm interested how long it takes skinners to make a skin for QCD? If the time required isn't in hte list, specify it in a post.

From 1 day to month. My skins are never finished, you know.

usually 1-2 weeks ,sometimes longer depending on what I include in it and then after changing the whole thing around a couple 100 times!:D

But I really haven't finished one in quite a while. When deskmod use to be deskmod I was doing one a week, and Chicubs use to call me a "skinning machine",so I don't know what happened ,must have just got busier with other things.

It all depends on how much of an idea I have of what it's finally going to end up like. If I start out with a clear idea and lots of graphics (meaning that I've already skinned other programs with the same theme), then it's a couple of hours. However, I've been working on and off on a couple of skins now for a few months - mostly because I have no clue what I want it to look like. I try something, and then see if I like it. I'll probably go through about 8 different types of buttons before I settle on one that I like, for example. The skin goes through so many changes that it looks very different from one month to the next.
