Load Playlist plays 1st track first even in shuffle.

When using the Load Playlist option from the player itself. Double-Clicking a M3U or PLS file works fine and starts with a random song.

Is this a bug or somewhat intended?

You're right that this can happen as it also sometimes happens on my computer, however it is probably just chance because most of the time it shouldn't occur. (if it is persistent, could it be due to the output plugin? I use simple directsound output and have no problems).
