I downloaded a movie that was in .OGG format, but the player will not play it. It recognizes the movie and adds it to the playlist, but will not play. PLease e-mail me if you have any suggestions... frank.puternerd@cox.net

The ogg plugins you speak of are for OGG vorbis audio, not video... although it may be possible to get QCD to play your OGM (I think OGM is the proper file extension if it is an OGG Tarkin movie). Maybe? You'll need to find some directshow filters that have OGG tarkin.

How to play OGM files (http://ld-anime.faireal.net/guide/ogm-en)
Have a read of that and see if it helps any. (You might need to add .OGM to the video plugin so QCD can load it)

I can't find any project status on Tarkin, so I think it's dead (anyone want to post a link for me?). Ogg Theora is a modification of VP3 to use Ogg Vorbis audio, so that format is probably the most common for Ogg video. Since it's Vorbis it should be easy to add support for it.
