Always On Top selectable for modes

I have been using iTunes with a plug-in to make the mini mode Always On Top, and find this feature really neat. It makes a lot of sense to have the mini modes AOT but leave the larger modes Not AOT.

I was wondering if this could be incorporated into QCD somehow? Perhaps it could be a plug-in where the user would select which modes would be AOT.

U can switch Always on top on/off by two clicks.
Where is the sense of yr requested feature or plugin?

Anyway, I cant see how this could be made in a plugin since the plugin (or QCD) wouldn't know which skin mode is a minimode. (I think) Any good ideas of how a plugin would know that the skin is in a minimode?

Obviously, there could be a menu for each skin, in which mode it would be automatically switched to always on top or back... But it ain't the most needed upgrade anyway.
My qcd is always always on top. Sorry for tautology))
