extforced help

Hello I have been working on ricardokenji's skin and I don't know why but I can not get the extforced thing to do what I want. See my decypher skin for an example, even though I put the extforced bit in the .ini the extensions will not stay open from mode to mode.

Could someone take a look at my skin decypher and tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Thanks to Paul he found out that I was putting two extforced settings in my .ini by mistake.
