OK... first of all, quite a nice looking forum, and it's good to be back. I have a few points to raise though, maybe some have been mentioned before but hey, I didn't see them.
1 -- the forum is too narrow again, just like the last one! Can't you widen the whole thing to fit a browser window? I know you can with a little bit of java / css code.
2 -- the window I'm typing in right now - again, too narrow. I widened the reply box on my own board using java code. It was originally a similar size but now it's 700 pixels wide. Much improved.
3 -- the text size in the reply box is WAY too small. I keep making mistakes and barely noticing them, so it's taking me twice as long to post this message.
4 -- my last and most important point -- I had to lie to get in!! I had to give the name of a referrer and the only name I could think of from the old board was Young Twig. Twig man, I hope you don't mind.
PLEASE -- get rid of the referrer question on the reg form, this is seriously gonna put people off signing up. I almost didn't bother, and that's sad because I loved the old board. What if you were not referred by anyone? You can't sign up and that's that?
As a moderator for the past 3-4 years on 3 different forums I know that people do not like any hassle when signing up. The referrer question is the worst I have ever seen on any message board! Please drop it.
