Japanese Language Pack

I just downloaded version 4.51a and then tried installing the language pack. I have the file "lang_Japanese.exe" in my Plugins folder. Tried double clicking them but nothing happened, so I went into the Plug-ins browser and tried installing from there but it says "No new Plug-ins found". What am I doing wrong?

Select it in Preferences->Language & Fonts

Doubleclicking the .exe file should bring up install dialog. (When I tried it pointed to the wrong path.) What you need is the .lng file from it that should be placed it the qcd\plug-ins folder. You need to restart QCD for it to find it.
