Using Winamp Plugins

I hope this doesn't go against anyones beliefs but I am trying to use a Winamp plugin with my own application and I am curious as to how I would initialize the DLL and send data to it.

I am looking into trying to feed stream data to the SHOUTcast broadcast plugin.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
