Monkey's update, please

Any chance of the Monkey's input plugin being updated to enable Monkey's 3.99 files to be played in QCD, please? They won't play at the moment, at least not on my system. Hardly surprising, as I gather that the apparently small progression from 3.97 to 3.99 in fact involves some major underlying changes (please see recent HydrogenAudio discussion). By the way, QCD crashes when I try the other route, namely to invoke the Winamp 3.99 plugin via the Winamp plugins manager. Many thanks.

Perhaps the ability the Winamp plugin has to be more lenient with miserable encodes?

I'd like at least the ability to set thread priority, and to opt for average bitrate display, please.

The ability to normalize the volume on playback would be nice. A slider between 0..10 to allow normalization between 0 and 100%.

This should be quite easy because the peak level for each track is stored in the
ape file.
