QCD Skinning Doc 4.50

The QCD skinning doc has been vastly update to reflect the state of skinning in QCD 4.50. The document is available in the DevZone. The Color Map legend has also been updated to match version 4.50.

It's probably that some areas of skinning still require more explanation. Discuss any such issues here and I can update the document to include any needed insights.

i'd like to have all the borderset swatches added to the map control colors legend

The section on slider sets mentions that the encoder progress slider is 0x999966, but it's missing from the color map at the beginning of the document.
