Dutch language

I tried to load the dutch language with the "get more languages" at the "preference - settings" tab. The loading succeeded but I can't choose the language. Can somebody tell me what do I wrong? Thanks!

I've also trouble with german language kit for Ver. 4.51. It doesn't work under Win XP. Who can help ?
