But I know a little about playlist plug-in. I'm only familiar with input, playback, tag, general, encoder plugin.

I'm just wondering why not Paul release source code for each type of plug-in, so developer will easy to develop plug-ins.

The PDK has the layout and sample code. It's surely not a stretch to get it working for any type of playlist you would like.
