I just installed 4.50 and noticed the changes in the way skins are applied/set/whatever you want to call it, and noticed something that I'm not overly crazy about, and was wondering if there might be some way to turn it off that I've not been able to find.

I love the new remote, and especially that I can use the remote and toggle the playlist. The problem that I've noticed is that I like to use hotkeys to control the playback, and if I have it set to remote w/playlist, and I use Alt+Tab to switch my desktop focus to QCD so that I can hit "T" to pause playback, the main QCD window pops up from the taskbar. I don't want it to do that. I can already see my remote at the bottom of the screen, and I just want to switch focus to that without the main screen popping up from the taskbar to hit pause. Is there some setting that I can use to tell it not to popup the main window if I already have the remote visible?

Also, is there a hotkey (I wasn't able to find one, or an option to define one) to toggle the playlist visible/hidden when using the remote?

Thanks much. peace...

Well ya could get around using alt+tab and t by using the global hotkeys plugin, which is already included. Just go to preferences > settings > hotkeys and define a global hotkey for play/pause... that way, no matter what program ya using, ya always got fast control of qcd.
there doesn't seem to be any option in the global hotkeys plug to toggle the playlist tho, however, if qcd has focus ya could use: Open skin extension 1 - 9 Shift+1...9, ya would just have to know which extension the playlist is...
