This plugin is one of my faves! :)
The grey box is the default colour of the background of the plugin. When I installed the plugin under b77 it automatically installed to /QCD 3/Plugins instead of /Quintessential Player/Plugins so I had to copy the files to the correct directory. Once you've done that you should be able to configure it as with other plugins. The configuration is pretty self explanitory.
Edit: With a screencapture and a bit of cut-'n'-paste you can get the background matching the taskbar too...

Can't find it anywhere. I'll try to DL again. Cheers.

DL'd Traycontrols again. What folder should I put it in? I get the grey box on my Taskbar, but when I open the Plug-Ins Browser, it's not there. Very odd.
Any ideas?

Look in your 'Program Files' folder for the 'QCD 3' folder that the installer creates. In there is a 'Plugins' folder and you need to copy the contents of that over to the 'Plugins' under 'Quintessential Player' folder instead.
This is the reason QCD's plugin browser doesn't see it. I guess the installer script is old because it's an old plugin. Maybe Canard_Bleu can update the plugin, but I haven't seen him round the forums lately.
