First of all I want to thank the Quinns for their support with their product.
It's one thing to give a program away FREE but quite another to follow through on support for their users. This is not because QCD has so many problems it's because of its ONUS of design from the designers themselves and that it is wildly personable. Curiosity, then is a natural follow through on this course.
Here then is one more question from my curiosity:
How can I keep from having my QCD reset my old W98 "ESS Audiodrive" wave volume back to 'medium' every time a new selection is "shuffled".
I wish for it to stay put for every new song.
My copy of Al Greens "Love and Happiness" should be played quite loud.

Sincerely,

JWP - aspiring musician

If that doesn't answer you question feel free to ask again! :)

I've tried all those plug-in options (3) and checked and unchecked boxes for control devices.
My volume control problem is answered with the other two but a new problem is created in the process:
The actual overall volume is lower (by alot) using the other two plug-ins.
I need a plug-in that doesn't f--- with the overall volume level AND the individual song volume level (see original post).
The reason being is that I don't want to adjust my Instant Messaging indicators everytime I turn on my computer just because I had to have my physical volume knob cranked up manually because I can't hear my QCD shuffling songs throughout the (downstairs) common area.
I'd love that cross fading option with the other problem (volume lowered) fixed and maximizing my volume as it exists at a normal level.

perped,

JWP
