Gracenote browser = cheesy?

I love the default QCD skin, but is there anyone else that thinks the "More (artist) Info Here!" thing looks corporate and cheesy? Is there any way for me to ethically stop that from showing up on the skin?

Gracenote supports the continued development of QCD. I think a little unobtrusive "ad"/service isn't too much to cope with especially since it could be a lot worse.

I'd be willing to bet - if there was a less effusive message - (lose the exclamation point) - they'd get a lot more hits.

People look for players like this because they're disgusted by RealOne, etc...

So, instead of:

More Beatles Info Here!

how about:

Information: The Beatles

More hits guaranteed. Think about it...

I think you might well be on to something there, sounds a lot less "pushy", after stopping to think about it I feel that the way it stands at the moment sounds a little too much like "Click here for XXX porno" or "FREE HOT TEENS" - the kind of advertising phrase that most of us technical enough to find QCD and use it don't even conciously look at any more, it just gets blanked out.
