Watch folder doesn't add existing files

Is there an option to add existing files in the watched folders to the playlist?

The simplest way is >Playlist> Add Folder> (select folder from your drive). If you have several music folders scattered about your disk, it would be best to put them under one parent directory, and then point the playlist to the parent. QCD will add all the subdirectories to the playlist. This, of course, assumes that you want all your tunes to be available from one playlist. ;)

That doesn't quite work, because I'm trying to load certain songs from two accounts' my music folders. I don't want to duplicate any, and if something's added to certain folders in one, I want it to be automatically added to the other. The older watch feature had an option to load existing files, and I want that.
