Get the preview version of the WMA encoder that supports WM9 codecs.
Windows Media 9 and above required.
Use with Build70+.

I can encode each formats(MP3,Ogg Vorbis,WMA) by QCD.
But,QCD(and WMP9,WMP6.4) doesn't display Japanese character in WMA(files encoded by QCD) tags.To fix,I must rewrite these WMA tags by 'Parse to Tag'(QCD Tag and File Editer).
Other WMA(files encoded by WMP9) tags don't have a problem.
