[bug]B73 Crossfading plug-in

Seems like the spin arrows of Prebuffer increments by 100 like all other spins in the config dialog. (Which is a little much...)

Im kind of a noob when it comes to using the crossfading plug-in, but shouldn't I be able to set the buffer length to below 7000 ms. when all other values for crossfading is turned off and set to 0 ?

As far as i know, the only way to set the buffer length below 7000ms with the latest dev build is too disable silence removal.

A slight glitch, not by design.
