How to use dialogs?

Hi All!
I'm a the_very_biginner-level coder in C++, but now I'm studying it in my institute. Shortly, i want to write a simple general plugin for QCD (why? it's a secret ;)).

But I just don't know how to implement dialog boxes in plugin. Colud anyone help me? Maybe someone could share any sources?
