How to make Music Collector plugin work?

What is the Music Collector plugin supposed to do, and how do I get it to do it?

I have Music Collector, and I have the plugin installed, but I cannot figure out how it's supposed to work with QCD, how to configure it, or anything.

I just downloaded the plugin. However, I can't install it. When I run the program, (a MS-DOS program) it says it has performed an illegal operation and prompts me to close the app. Anyone got a solution? :confused:
