A feature I personally wouldn't use much but maybe those with very high or low resolution, is to change the skin-size from within the player. Like the "double-size" feature in winamp, but with more options, like -50% to +50%.

I think QCD's skins won't like the feature of resizing the skin. That would definetly pixelate most skins.

I must agree with Hanzo

Well, it wouldn't pixelate skins that were downsized. There are a few HUGE skins (for my resolution) that I would like to use, but size prevents me from doing so. At higher resolutions, an increase in size wouldn't look very pixelated... if you were to increase the size at a low resolution, sure it would look pixelated.
I believe Winamp 3 had a resize feature, and it worked well. I'd enjoy this feature.

No kidding.
As Darin said, it would probably be better for downsizing than for upsizing.

So,there's even no plugin maker that can make a zoom plugin just like in microangelo,HypersnapDX,Microsoft's zoom,Photoshops info tray, lots of zoom and toolbar programs..A small program which zooms, realtime, all the place QCD takes on screen would be enough I guess.

Well I wasn't thinking in downsizing, but yes, it will be good for fitting big skins in small resolution desktops.
I like the scarab II skin but it is too big for my laptop so I use the assasin skin instead, so I would use this resizing or zooming plugin if it is going to be made.
The zooming plugin or feature for QCD sounds good.
